Traffic Offenses

In most cases when you hire an attorney, you will not be required to appear in court.  We are devoted to negotiating with the assistant district attorney in order to reduce charges. A reduction in the severity of your traffic violations would decease or eliminate driver's licence points and insurance rates.  Addiitionally, we are often able to obtain PJC's (prayer for judgment continued) for people with good driving records. PJC's do not result in driver's licence points.  You are allowed one PJC per household every three years.

The following are some of the traffic offenses we handle:
                                            Speeding
                                                                Passing a stop School bus
                                                 Illegal passing
                                                 Reckless Driving
